    Weekly structured site reports

    Photographic progress, percentage-complete by trade, programme position, open RFIs and items requiring principal decision — delivered the same day each week.

    Single point of accountability

    One named lead corresponds with the principal. All consultant, contractor and copropriété communication is routed through and reconciled in AAPS's daily log.

    Budget and programme transparency

    A live cost plan and programme are maintained, with variance tracked against baseline. Approvals are requested in writing, with options and trade-offs articulated in plain language.

    Independent of contractors

    AAPS is paid by the principal only. We hold no commercial relationship with contractors or suppliers and decline commissions, ensuring our position remains genuinely independent.
